The Victoria Overskirt
This overskirt has a front apron, side and back swags and side sashes. Fastens with hook and eyes. Trimmed with either fringing or lace. (Please note that lace design may vary slightly) Pictured worn over a bustle petticoat (not included) Bustle petticoat can be found HERE
